Building Your 2010 Photo Calendar--May
Summer is finally in full swing!
For the month of May for our family calendar I have chosen a picture of our upper pond. Serene! I added this picture to my calendar picture folder on my desk top, then dragged and dropped it into the picture tray of my saved calendar in the Freeze Frame cards and calendars software. Reminder: Keep your calendar pictures in a folder and keep the folder in the same place! Each time you open any saved photo project, the software looks for your pictures and expects that they are in the same folder in the same place on your computer. Should you receive a "missing image file" warning in one of your saved projects, check that your picture and picture folder have not been moved to a different location, or deleted altogether!
I used only one picture this month. I chose a blue border to accent the little bit of blue sky peeking through all of the trees.
Our family is taking a vacation in August. I plan on building a separate "Vacation" calendar to remember our trip. We have also planted a garden. I have taken pictures of the new sprouts, and will take a few pictures of our "harvest" for use in an upcoming month.
Keep your camera handy. Snap lots of pictures. Enjoy the season!
